If you are applying for Green Card Insurance and you are over 65, you will need to upload a note from your physician saying you are in good health to ride.

The airlines will confirm the actual flight pallet space 30 days prior to your travel date and at that time we can get the Air Waybill number from them to complete the processing of your paperwork.
