Cancellation Policies

SHIPPING CONTRACTS

Reserving Pallet Space is $600.USD and $75.00USD of that is non-refundable.

A $75.USD non-refundable administrative application fee. It is used to begin processing all of your documents and 30 days prior to departure your request automatically comes up in our queue to confirm and receive an Air Waybill number (confirmation) for the flight and your motorcycle shipment from the carrier. Flights are subject to change. We will always communicate with you to offer the best flight available to meet your shipping goals.

If you ship with us, the application fee will go towards your flight cost. If you do not choose to ship with us it is non-refundable.

 

SHIPPING CANCELLATIONS

When Paying in full or Reserving Pallet Space and cancelling prior to 45 days of Scheduled Journey, all funds will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable $75.USD application fee. This is only only valid within the same calendar year as original booking.

When Paying in full or Reserving Pallet Space and canceling less than 45 days and before 30 days prior to scheduled journey,  50% of funds will be refunded only valid within the same calendar year as original booking.

Paying in full or Reserving Pallet Space and canceling less than 30 days of scheduled journey will result in no refund.

 

Change Fee:

Changing scheduled dates of departure less than 45 days prior to scheduled journey, there will be an additional administrative fee of $150.00 USD only valid within the same calendar year as original booking. The travel packages are carefully put together for each individual with attention to detail. Once done, we send to another team member for quality control. 

Each one is unique. It takes us processing time. Often in the past we have been able to rush things through, but business is in peak season and the time to do these things adds extra hours for our staff. So thank you for understanding the need for this.

Rush Fee:

If you book a shipment less than 14 days prior to travel, without having already reserved pallet space, this will result in an $100.USD Non-Refundable Rush Fee. If you do not acknowledge the less than 14 day fee on the application, you will be invoiced separately and the date of booking is automatically electronically filed on the original application.This must be paid before processing of your documents will take place.​

 

INSURANCE PRODUCTS

NORTH AMERICAN INSURANCE PROGRAM

NAIP Insurance Prior to the effective date:

All premium will be refunded. This does not include the policy fee of $75.00 USD which shall be retained. 

 

Policy is on or past effective date of coverage:

There will be no cancellation refunds if policy is in effect, as this policy contains a provision that all premium is earned upon passing inception date.

GREEN CARD INSURANCE

Green Card Insurance Prior to the effective date:

All premium will be refunded. This does not include the policy fee of $60.00USD which shall be retained. 

If you purchase Green Card Insurance in less than 2 weeks prior to your start date, there will be a $100.USD Rush Fee. These Cards are not automated. Each one is reviewed and depending on the coverage additional team members are processing the comprehensive pages. An immediate automated card does not pop up once you purchase. It takes us processing time. Often in the past we have been able to rush things through, but business is in peak season and the time to do these things adds extra hours for our staff. So thank you for understanding the need for this.

Changes are permitted if the policy has not started yet, but there will be an additional $60.USD policy fee to do the new card.
